FEES & PERCENTAGE

  • Transparent Fees, Deducted for Your Benefit we believe in complete transparency when it comes to our fees. Our commitment to providing exceptional service starts from the moment you become a client, which is why we charge an initial fee as part of the process. For instance, if your property is valued at £1 million and our commission is 1% , the total cost would be £10,000. The initial fee you pay when you become our client is not an additional cost it will be fully deducted from the final amount due. So, when the sale is completed, the initial fee is simply subtracted from the total commission owed. This approach ensures that we’re fully aligned in our commitment to delivering results while providing you with the assurance that your investment in our services is balanced and fair from the outset. You can trust that the initial fee is part of a comprehensive, transparent process that puts your interests first.

  • Our commission rates can range between 1% to 2.5% of the final sale or buying price, depending on the property, its value, and location etc.
